Winway Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the binding conditions governing all users' access to and use of the winway platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the winway platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you agree to be fully bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the winway platform.

Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current conditions that apply.

The winway platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are not located in a jurisdiction that restricts or prohibits such activity.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on winway. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any related balances.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials, including your password, confidential. winway will never ask for your password through any communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, even if you claim not to have authorised it.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact winway's support team immediately at [email protected]. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data communications; however, the security of your password remains your personal responsibility.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. winway reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time, including during the withdrawal process.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users of the winway platform agree not to engage in any activity that may compromise the integrity, security, or operation of the platform. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or manipulate the platform
  • Colluding with other users to manipulate betting or game outcomes
  • Using another person's account or allowing another person to use yours
  • Abusing promotions, bonuses, or reward programmes in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose of those offers
  • Spreading false information or engaging in any fraudulent activity through the platform

Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance freezing, and further action at winway's discretion. We reserve the right to report any activity suspected of involving fraud or legal violations to the relevant authorities.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All transactions on the winway platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required for Malaysian users. Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including online banking and approved e-wallets.

Minimum deposit amounts and daily transaction limits are subject to current policies, which may change from time to time. All successfully credited deposits are final and non-reversible, except under circumstances specifically outlined in our withdrawal policy.

Withdrawals may only be made to an account or payment method registered in the name of the same account holder. winway will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal processing times are subject to internal review periods and the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate. winway is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete payment information submitted by the user. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policies

Platform Liability Limits

The winway platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winway shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes temporary technical disruptions, loss of internet connectivity, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Account Suspension & Closure

Winway reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions
  • Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity
  • Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe
  • Account closure requested by the user through official channels

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, winway reserves the right to withhold or void any outstanding balances and winnings associated with the offending activity. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team to have it processed in accordance with established procedures.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, logos, and software on the winway platform are the property of winway or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from winway. Unauthorised use of these materials may result in legal action.

6. Third-Party Links, Amendments & Applicable Law

Third-Party Links & Services

The winway platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors and game providers. winway is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of use, or practices of those third parties. Users are encouraged to read and understand the relevant third-party terms before using their services.

Amendments to These Terms

Winway reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users will be notified of material changes via a notice on the platform or through the relevant communication channels. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is posted constitutes acceptance of the changes made.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the winway platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate resolution mechanism as provided under applicable law.
